Solid Work Truck by An MSN Autos Consumer on 11/16/2006. Trim: 1994 GMC Sierra C/K 2500 Reg. Cab 6.5-ft. Bed 2WD, Owned 2 years.
Pros: Power, exterior styling, performance
Cons: Interior poorly laid out, seats not very comfortable
Overall review: Reliable, hard working truck that isn't exactly the most comfortable or best laid out interior.

There are much worse trucks then this one by Duner from Southern California on 09/28/2004. Trim: 1994 GMC Sierra C/K 2500 Club Coupe 6.5-ft. Bed 4WD, Owned 3 years.
Pros: Very tough and durable. Keeps on working after hard use
Cons: While the 5.7 engine is a great work horse and utterly reliable, it's a bit lacking in the horsepower department, acceleration takes time, especially with bigger tires.
Overall review: For my purposes this truck is great. It isn't the best at any one thing but it drives halfway decent on the road and is up to the challenge off road too. Good all around truck for the money

Forget The Diesel !! by A CarPoint Consumer on 10/16/2002. Trim: 1994 GMC Sierra C/K 2500 Reg. Cab 8-ft. Bed 4WD, Owned 6 years.
Pros: Good Solid Vehicle Drives well and trim and paint etc has lasted well. Comfortable and tough in all aspects of body and interior.
Cons: 6.5 turbo diesel injection pump replaced at 2000.00 cost, lots of engine code problems several dealers and shops looked at it suggested a new pump. It didnt take care of the problem Weak in performance category when loaded Should have performed better. Entire Engine replaced at 7000.00 cost because of cracked heads at 140,000 miles, this truck had'nt been overheated.. Never again will i purchase ownn a GMC Diesel!!!. Currently giving a transmission code and I am told I should pull the transmission at a cost of 2500.00. It has had lots of miles currently 199000 but I expected much better service from the diesel and more performance. Headed for the Dodge Dealer and a Cummins.
Overall review: Body, styling, and comfort have been good. Engine and Drive Train were poor at the very best. Gas Engine would have been a significant improvement I am sure. The engine and transmission were serviced regularly and this truck would bring a premium if sold with a gas motor because of the care it received. I make my living with my truck, so it is cared for regularly not abused.

Good Strong Truck by Vince from Michigan on 05/25/2001. Trim: 1994 GMC Sierra C/K 2500 Reg. Cab 8-ft. Bed 4WD, Owned 7 years.
Pros: Reliability. I've driven her over 130,000 miles and she keeps going. The only troubles that I've had was the down shift sensor and the starter. Both repairs were minimal.
Cons: Gas Milage!
Overall review: I'll buy another after I use this one up. I got exactly what I expected. No surprises.
